How does the £40 Trial Clean work?

The trial clean is a one-off, 2-hour session designed to let you experience the quality of our service before committing to a package. There is absolutely no contract or obligation. Once you see how incredible your home looks, you can choose to lock in your dedicated housekeeper with one of our monthly subscriptions.

Why do I have to pay in advance?

To secure your preferred time slot and guarantee that your dedicated housekeeper is booked exclusively for you, all payments (including the trial clean) are collected in advance. For monthly subscriptions, payments are collected on the 1st of each month via secure Direct Debit, which keeps your schedule running automatically without you needing to worry about cash or bank transfers.

Do I need to provide the cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. To ensure maximum hygiene and prevent cross-contamination between households, our team uses your preferred products and vacuum cleaner. This also guarantees that your home is cared for using the exact scents and brand formulations you love and trust. (Note: If you have a specific requirement, let us know—for our local Halifax routes, we can often arrange fully-equipped services upon request).

Will I get the same housekeeper every single visit?

Absolutely! We do not believe in sending rotating strangers into your home. Once we pair you with one of our professional housekeepers, that slot is theirs permanently. They will get to know your home's unique layout, your preferences, and exactly how you like things done.

What happens if my regular housekeeper is sick or on holiday?

Because we are a professional agency, you are completely covered. If your regular housekeeper is away, we will contact you immediately and offer a fully vetted, trusted replacement cover cleaner, or offer to reschedule your session to a time that suits you. You will never be left in the lurch.

Is my home covered by insurance?

Yes, fully. We carry comprehensive public liability insurance up to £5,000,000. In the highly unlikely event that something is accidentally damaged while we are cleaning, you are completely protected and covered.

Can I pause or cancel my monthly subscription?

Of course. We want you to stay with us because you love our service, not because you are locked in. If you are going away on holiday, you can pause your cleans with just 7 days' notice. If you ever need to cancel your subscription entirely, we just require a simple 30-day written notice.
